I made a mistake with my subscription upgrade and even though it went against otters company policies their support team (Morgen) refunded the amount and was very helpful and quick to reply and take the action.

I’ve had a great experience with Otter.ai. It’s a very useful tool for recording conversations, transcribing meetings, and keeping track of important notes. I was worried when I went to record a client, and saw that I had a message along the top of my screen telling me I had two live Otter accounts - Pro and Business - and I needed to cancel one so I wouldn’t be charged an annual subscription for both. It inferred this could happen very soon. I hadn’t consciously signed up for two accounts. I wrote in to enquire about this, and within half an hour I received a reassuring and warm message from Support staff member Kellin. The whole affair was resolved really quickly. Kellin identified which was the duplicate account and closed it down for me. Correspondence was courteous and efficient, and I had that great feeling of communicating with a real, switched-on person rather than going round in circles with a bot or that type of ‘support’ service whose business almost seems to be obfuscating the issue. Full marks, Kellin and Otter! Your recording and transcription service has revolutionised my online English teaching methods and massively expanded the added value I can offer students post session. I recommend this site to everyone.

Otter.ai was ahead of the game with their transcription services. The platform was super easy to use, the results were very accurate and it helped us win a prestigious client that needed this service. Otter has a very easy user interface. Highly recommended. I usually get my things wrapped in 30mins...but recently I had a meeting recorded for over 1 hour and luckily it was revived after paying the upgrade amount. Otter is great to use. Amazing customer service. Thankyou to Junnior for making everything smooth.

I reached out to cancel my subscription and ask about a refund for a renewal I didn't intend to keep. Junnior handled everything within minutes. He cancelled the plan, removed my card on file, and issued a full refund as a courtesy. He was clear, kind and quick. Great support experience, thank you Junnior!
