I have used Otter since 2022. The many projects that I use require transcription from audio, ether from file format such as mp3 or by video. Overall, Otter continues to deliver with the highest quality of service and product. Daniel, from Otter support team, has recently assisted myself with Otter features and customer service. Overall, the price for the subscription is set at a fair price and I will continue using Otter. Thank you.

Otter AI's customer service executive, Junnior, was incredible! My problem was due to a couple of accounts being duplicated by mistake, my mistake. Despite my requested resolution to the problem being in contradiction with Otter's standard Ts&Cs, Junnior pulled out all of the stops and referred me to the right people with his professional explanation and my problem was solved. I had a great experience with Otter.ai. Although I used the application occasionally, I found it incredibly helpful whenever I needed it.
