I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Otter.ai for the excellent service I received from Matthew and Maryia. Thank you both so much for your outstanding assistance and commitment to customer satisfaction. You are truly valuable assets to Otter.ai!

I had a very positive experience with Otter.ai’s customer support. Junnior was kind, professional, and very helpful in handling my cancellation and refund request. He resolved the issue quickly and clearly explained the process. I really appreciate his excellent support. Thank you, Junnior! I’d be happy to use Otter.ai again when I need the service in the future.

Maryia Walker was extraordinary patient with me as I took many weeks to get started. Awesome service.....

It does a pretty good job at transcribing content and I love that you can get a summary, action points, recommendations etc. It really just makes my work easier! Shout out to Maryia from the support team! She’s super helpful and helped me sort out my subscription issues.

I recently upgraded from Otter Pro to Business and had a positive experience. As my original subscription was through Google Play, I was initially unsure how to proceed without being charged twice. Maryia from Otter Support was helpful and responsive in guiding me through the process. The upgrade went smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prorated credit for my existing subscription. I'm pleased with the outcome and look forward to continuing to use Otter. Thank you, Marya, for your assistance!

Thanks Agni! I made a mistake on a purchase order under my wrong email and the Service and Support I got from Auto was second and none. Fix the problem immediately gave me clear instructions and sorted it all out in a flash. Couldn’t be happier with the Service and the quality of the app.

Email I received from elsewhere did not seem to match what he was telling me, but he fully explained it. Junnior Torres took care of my request the first time. Thank you

Daniel G was able to quickly understand my issue and address it both technically and financially. That kind of human assistance - especially from an AI company - was very much appreciated and effective!
