I put the request in the afternoon and within a couple of hours I got a response and a solution. That was a very good response time. I was expecting 48 hours to hear back. More importantly, Agni was very understanding to my situation and came up with a good solution and timeline to resolve. I consider that the gold standard in customer support.

Mistakenly purchased subscription on the wrong account, costing just over $100 after tax. Reached out to the support team for any chance of getting that back or moved over to the right account. Kellin from the support team responded very quickly and was able to make an exception given the circumstances.

I noticed that I was billed twice but only have one active account. I reached out to customer support, and within an hour of my email, Agni had sorted everything out and even refunded me for the duplicate account. Fantastic product with excellent customer service!

I contacted Julia, because of an issue, and she was so helpful and quickly resolved it. I was very impressed. I use Otter.ai for transcribing interviews I make. I do double check and edit as and when necessary, but it really makes my job easier and is progressively improving.
