It's fairly simple to use with a decent interfaces. Would like a few more template options. BIG downside is their auto-renew "gotcha." They don't notify you it's about to renew, and then once they bill you, they have a no refund policy! Infuriating.

The auto-renew is a pain that I never intended to use. Worst part is you get an automated response from "support" with a copy and paste of a FAQ. Avoid giving them credit cards.

Worst customer care or services I have ever seen. I was a monthly customer for a year or so. Then decide to pay for the year. About 3-4 days after I submitted the charge it hit my account and a day where I had a large purchase and was rejected for daily limit. my account was immediately drop back to the free version. I have been working with them 4 days to get them to rerun card or I could do, but don't want to be double charged if they decide to rerun. you get one email and then hear nothing from them. I had one guy that was going to reinstate and send me an invoice...that never happened.....i will keep free account and shop around Fireflies is a good alternative. Otter is not the only one in this space any more
