I did not know how to remove a team member, so I sent an inquiry mail to your support center. Brittany supported me to remove a team member and confirmed that my action was successfully reflected to my account. Her email was also so kind.

Misleading business. I signed up for the basic account for urgent minutes. During the meeting I recieved a note that only 30 minutes were transcribed and I needed an upgraded plan to access full minutes. That's totally fine and acceptable of a freemium model. I signed up for the pro account on the link it provided. Immediately after paying for a full year plan, I was notified that only 90 minutes of the transcript would be available to me and I would need to upgrade to an additional plan to access the full meeting. The limitations to the upgrades were hidden and not made obvious so that users pay for plans only to be forced shortly afterwards to upgrade to other tiers. AI-based recordings are commonplace and this is an increasingly competitive sector. Disappointing that Otter has resorted to deceptive or misleading marketing to hook users. I also wasn't able to recieve a refund for my account. The customer service bought also sent me raw code while trying to respond to my concerns. Poor service.
