My colleagues was using otter.ai a lot, I was not aware of otter.ai at that time. When I started using it I found it helpful which seems like it is an assistant to you. Many times in meeting when we discuss things we forgot to write, here otter.ai comes really handy it combines all the key points which were discussed, what needs to be done and gives a complete summary even it translate from different languages (which are spoken in meetings). Sometimes when I miss meeting it goes there for me ,record and give me all notes which was discussed there.

It is useful to get a summary of the content of the agenda and the software captures the main points made by each speaker, and transcribes what each person says while also recording the materials that were used in the meeting. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs extra support with notetaking if you are a facilitator of meetings.
