This software/company is excellent for records keeping, the fact that it transcribe the meeting for me to read at a later time is very helpful. it's live interaction with the user providing hints are also useful. I would recommend to others.

Otter.ai has really helped me when reviewing my college lectures. I struggle with learning auditorily so reading the transcripts Otter provided has helped me greatly improve my education. Otter quickly learned my professor's speech patterns and provided relatively accurate transcripts. I plan on using Otter a lot in both my academic and professional future. I started using Otter because of a conference. In the conference we were interacting with a lot of people in short conversations. Having the ability to record those conversations, and see keywords and summaries was very helpful. Otter's accuracy is quite impressive, and the summaries were usually spot on. The ability to edit conversations is also helpful. Memories are not always reliable, but Otter makes them more so
