Otter is very easy to use and also it provides most of the features free of cost. It is fast enabled with record button that generates powerful and exact text written on your screen.

I love otter the app in my phone because I can record my class lectures and listen to them on my way home or at home later

I am a new user, but I am excited on how otter.ai keeps notes on our meetings. It works if after the meeting you want to go back and review the meeting in case it was something you wanted to take special notice to. Also it is a great recording of the meeting in case you’re are busy and can’t make the meeting! What a great tool! Willie Toliver

Best tool i have used meeting is so much good now

I recently used Otter.ai for the first time while interviewing someone, and it has proven to be very useful. I really enjoy how you can just import or export it in many ways, and can also connect it to Zoom. It has saved me so much time, and I'll probably purchase a subscription. I highly recommend it!

I primarily use Otter.ai for my personal audio journal. It has been amazing to go from iPhone’s Voice Memos to using Otter.ai for this purpose. Now I have a visual of my audio journal entry via the transcript that’s generated along with a summary and action checklist. This has taken my journaling to a new level and has helped me to gain even more insight into myself, my life goals and direction. I can also download the audio and transcript (MS Word, pdf, and other formats).

I use Otter.ai mostly to upload audio that needs transcription. I especially appreciate Otter's summary feature which provides an outline of the full transcript. This has made it so much quicker to create summaries and descriptions of the full audio. The outline feature also helps create natural breaks and topic themes for each section of the audio transcript that can be used to create section titles. Overall, Otter helps take a longer transcript and break it down into an easy-to-follow outline that can be edited and used for our needs and fit our voices. The Texting/Voice model of recording conversations in a zoom meeting in conjunction with screenshots and the powerful AI summary is equivalent to being there - Work, life and asynchronous schedules demand these tools in a modern communication age. My hope is that more entities will acknowledge the good as otter.ai oversees the protection of information so they will allow this useful tool in their meetings - especially in the educational settings.
