I initially reached out to Otter’s customer service pretty frustrated — honestly, I came in like a bull and came out like a lamb. 😂 Their support team was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole interaction. They took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed my concern properly, and never made me feel like I was being difficult even though I definitely came in with some fire. By the end of the conversation, I felt completely reassured and genuinely impressed with how they handled the situation.
