Absolute scam. Ordered back in March and never received the goods. I’ve emailed numerous of times and received no response, though they’re happy to take my money and keep sending me marketing emails!

Total SCAM. Same as all the others. Ordered April 7th. Nothing delivered. No response to email. No way to co tact and no tracking info.

This company has to be a scam. After looking at the other reviews I am now kicking myself for ordering through them. I spent £59. I ordered 4 paintings over 3 months ago and still received nothing. After receiving two generic responses to my query in April they now are not responding to my emails. Other than lodging a complaint and speaking to my credit card company not much else that I can do. I am still holding the tiniest hope that they will come through with my order but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely a scam. I ordered early April 2020, received tracking info that never worked. Tried numerous times to get a response via email, and have not heard back once. I went ahead and reported the charge to my card company.

Ordered item on 27th March - told 14-21 days delivery due to covid. Received shipping notification on 10th of April, and to allow 3 weeks for delivery. End of April no item & tracking number said “item couldn’t be found” Requested a refund on 1st May - company ignored request & said they would ship in 4-6 business days. I replied stating do not ship and again requested a refund. No reply. Opened a dispute in paypal, on 9th May. Shipping info updated on 18th of May to show it had been received in China. (Same number they gave me in April!) They replied on last day for paypal dispute with tracking number. Item still sitting in China. Paypal yet to make a decision (usually takes 5 days - but it is showing 26 days for mine) Avoid this company at all costs, they are dishonest.

Scam company. Still haven’t received my order and I ordered in March. Just saying goodbye to my money.

The one thing I’ve learnt from this is to read Trustpilot before I place an order. The item apparently shipped but hasn’t moved from the collection depot in over 3 months. I’ve raised a claim with PayPal and they replied to them at the very last minute but only supplied the tracking number which shows it’s still in China. They never replied to any of my emails (3 of them) hence me raising a claim with PayPal.

Ordered over 2 months ago - haven't received the product. Multiple emails sent to try and chase this up - no reply to any of them. 3 weeks ago I got sent an email saying my order had been shipped - the tracking number doesn't work on the tracking website. Looking at the reviews it seems I am not the only one. Hoping it is not a scam and just very delayed with awful customer service but think I am being overly optimistic. Do not order from this company!
