Items never received & appalling service
Ordered an item at the end of May, then one beginning of June. After weeks of no information or product I started contacting them. Briefly; I contacted them nearly twenty times, sometimes ignored, sometimes told my message was being escalated to the relevant department only to never hear anything. I finally demanded a refund in July and they asked what the issue with the product was. Still never had the products. I had to request refunds through PayPal to get anywhere & finally had that today. I’d advise against placing any orders.
