After 5 months of waiting I finally received my order Just in time to have a new baby and no time for it... everything is in good condition and seems to be decent quality. I wouldn’t order again just because of the long wait. PayPal had refunded me after I thought it was a scam so I basically got them for free (so that’s a plus)

After months I also got an email saying item posted with China post. The link they have me didn't work. I then did my own online search for China post, entered the tracking number provided and look and behold could track my parcel right through to its arrival. Took 2 months to get here.

At first i believed this was a scam as nobody got back to my emails, it took months for the order to be dispatched and was dispatched under "mens leather belt", was unable to track and my account seemed to be deleted. So i just assumed I would never receive anything! However, after 4 and a half months, my order arrived. Not packaged the best, but looks decent quality! ☺

After 3 month, for my surprise, today a package arrived with 2 pictures and paints. They are not what I ordered but something happened after complaining (through Paypal). Don’t give up hope and complaining, just do not except to get what you’ve ordered. But this company, never again!

I placed my order at the beginning of April and was given a tracking number a couple of weeks later to say it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I checked the tracking number numerous times and it wasn’t getting updated. After the 6 weeks was up I started emailing over and over again, every time receiving nothing more than an automated email saying they would get back to me. They never did. After 2 months I started getting very angry as the tracking info hadn’t been updated at all and I started demanded a refund (again I got no response). I then came on to this website to see if anyone else had issues, only to find countless reviews saying it was nothing but a scam. I was very disappointed as I had ordered a personalised one for someone’s birthday and had put a lot of thought into. At this point I just gave up, believed it was a scam and didn’t think of it again. This was until a week ago, when what I ordered actually arrived!! I was very surprised as after reading these reviews I had accepted it was a scam and it would never arrive. It arrived as I had ordered, I am pleased with what I ordered but due to having to wait 4 months for it and the complete lack of customer service it is only getting 2 stars. If you have placed an order and it is yet to arrive, don’t give up hope, mine took 4 months but it got here in the end and was quite a pleasant surprise as I wasn’t expecting it to ever show up.

I placed an order on April 17, 2020 for 3 different paint by numbers sets, (special photos) and they have not been shipped as of today! These were gifts for my Grandchildren. I have emailed the company 3 separate times and they have never responded! I understand with the Covid-19 but at least someone from the company should have replied with an answer. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service!
