Okay wow, I am completely shocked and disappointed, I have never dealt with something like this before. I ordered paintings almost 2 months ago and they charged my card and I never received anything and I have also emailed them several times and no response. I am appalled. This site needs to be shut down

I should have read the reviews before ordering, same as everyone else, this is a total scam. I made my order in April and it is June and still haven't received anything...

Yes this is a scam. Ordered on 29th March, spent €75. Never received my order, never received a reply. Kicking myself for not checking trustpilot first.

like lots of other people on Trustpilot, I ordered from originalpaintbynumber and 2 months have passed and nothing. i have emailed them repeatedly and had no response other than further emails offering discounts to buy more. DO NOT BUY from this company - it is a SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM -10 STARS. They took my money... I waited 2 months and reached out...still nothing. Trying to get my money back from Paypal now. They have not responded to Paypal either. Do not support this company.

I am very disappointed my order never came. Definitely a scam. They didn’t hesitate to take everyone’s money and ignore any order query’s sent their way. I received an email weeks ago when I first asked where my parcel was 4 weeks after it had been “shipped” and they said to check tracking, which of course wasn’t working. Saw another email saying they were having “technical issues” and can’t respond to customers. Yet they are able to send marketing emails including promotions and offers. I ordered from here back in March, was sent an email on April 4th saying my order has been shipped and to allow three weeks. Thought their products would have been great to get me through lockdown. Instead it’s just more disappointment and loss of a lot of money. **DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE**

Two orders weren't received. I have an invalid tracking number for one and an email with an estimated delivery date that has come and gone. The second order I've had no communication on. I'm finalizing my PayPal dispute today. Any company that doesn't have a customer service phone # should be avoided...lesson learned!
