SURPRISED my order arrived today and it looks great. However I ordered may 2020, and contacted them +++ asking when it would be delivered. never got a response except a generic email re covid/post delays etc etc. so i opened a case with paypal and got my money refunded mid july. Apparanty they didn't respond to pp requests for details!!!. NOW my items have arrived!! If this company would actually respond directly to customers queries instead of ignoring requests for info their reviews might improve. perhaps they are overwhelmed with orders but if they cannot cope they need to communicate this to their customers. The product is quite good in comparison to other pbn's i have ordered and completed.

UPDATE: It did arrive, and was as ordered! From the US to Aus it took maybe 2 weeks. It was the first 15 weeks from China to the US that was the problem. We ordered 3 paintings at the end of April, expected delays due to pandemic. It's been 15 weeks so far. Contacted PayPal to get a refund as we figured it was a scam, only for OPbN to contact us with the tracking number, saying it's still coming. Tracking has gone from China to California, says it's delivered. However, we're in Australia. No idea if it's going to make it from the US to Aus. I suspect it's all just a very slow drop shipping experience and would be faster and probably cheaper to order straight from China via Aliexpress or similar.

I ordered last June 25, 2020. Last few days ago (literal after 6 weeks has past) I received an email that my order from them is shipped already and I checked the tracking they provided. It was now in Beijing China international mail processing center. I ordered reindeer and an owl hahaha.. I think I may receive an owl then. As you guys received it although you didn't ordered it. 😅 I'm hoping for the best.

Ordered in April, received in August. All 4 canvases and paints were included, and the prints look pretty good. The major downfall here was obviously the poor communication and ridiculous delivery time. I started to think they were scammers, but decided to wait it out in the hopes of them being totally romped by Covid before escalating for a refund. Fortunately, I was right, and my order arrived today! Haven't opened any of the paint kits etc yet, but the canvases seem to be printed fine, all colours and brushes are included and all is well labelled. Keen to start painting, if I'm honest (only been waiting a few months!). Will be sticking to an Australian company in future, however.

This is an update of a previous review from myself following the ARRIVAL OF THE ITEM!! Ordered on 24th March, delivered on 29th JUNE!! The fact that it actually arrived has increased my rating, but the lack of customer service and the outrageous delivery time screams AVOID! For those of you regretting this purchase like I was, file a complaint with PayPal (Hopefully this is how you paid). They were in the process of getting me a refund when in finally arrived!

Hey guys xD You won't believe it but after ordering a painting around 13th of April I have received it just now aaaaand verything is intact! After reading all of your cases of no-conntact/no-show I was sceptical and already put a claim/case via PayPal but I revoked it just a second ago since the order came ;o Veeery late, no response from the company... Through Paypal or emails that they send... Nothing. I expected the worst outcome but well... I have my order in my hands... Better now than never... Paypal also didn't receive any information - I wonder if they went bankrupt by now or what... or am I just lucky?... who knows... I've tried to contenct the company via phone number or email their spam their discounts from or the other one which they send their tracking numbers from - I had no such luck = no response... I wish you all also luck or at least maybe some refunds. I understand your flustration.

Awful posting times but I did actually eventually receive my paint by numbers. No replies to my emails either, however, nearly 3 months later I've received my things! Love the quality of the paints and the canvas

Turns out it's not a scam. I ordered a PBN on March 25. I assumed it was a scam because it took so long to arrive, the website would occasionally go down, and the tracking number never updated. BUT I FINALLY GOT IT! It took a little less than 2 months. I don't remember what day I got it exactly but it was 6 or 7 weeks after ordering. The product came as described. Paints, brushes, and a canvas. Not the highest quality, you get what you pay for. I might order from them again just because they are the cheapest place to find PBN, but I will now know to expect a 2 month shipping period.
