Happy to report I ordered two custom canvases February 6th and received them March 23rd 2023. Wanted to share my experience, since there are a few reviews saying it is a scam. I will agree their emails could use some work, with the tracking button not working. And tracking number seemingly not matching, but all I can say is my items have arrived! I'm excited to do them with my husband.

The entire process of ordering was just as advertised. The materials, paint, brushes and canvas were just as described. Order received punctually. Puzzled by other negative reviews.
