OriginalpaintbynumberReviews of originalpaintbynumber.com

Agree with all other reviews - it is a scam and they have not replied to my emails or refunded my £70 - Watchdog needs to get onto this; the site needs to be taken down.

I ordered from this company in hopes of getting it delivered to Australia in April. I wanted to get it by June 1st but it's been more than a month and so far nothing! Initially, I got it as a gift and can no longer gift it at the proper time anymore. They've notified me that shipping has been delayed due to COVID-19 but I've sent them multiple emails regarding this very delayed shipping over the course of 3 weeks and still have not gotten a reply! Even the tracking number I was provided with lead to an 'Error 404, page not found' page, and that's very suspicious - I can't even track my order and they are not updating me with any shipping info regarding it! I am extremely disappointed and vexed with their customer service, false information, and everything in general. And I paid lots of money for this! Ridiculous! Won't order from this site again. ALSO: I GOT SCAMMED. Avoid this website at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if I can, and I wish I had read reviews before I had bought the painting kit. A hint of how to know you got scammed: when you've paid and you get notified of the transaction details from your bank, you would have gotten scammed if the title of the transaction is called 'painybynumbers' instead of 'paintbynumbers'. I learnt that the hard way.

I really wish I had looked up this page before ordering! I placed an order on March 31st. $38.94 was deducted from my checking account on April 2nd. I've never received the order, never shipped, contacted them over and over again requesting a refund. It is now June 4th... My next step is to call and dispute the charge with my bank. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from these people! Update: After writing this review I received an email from an unrelated web site but with the same order number saying my item had been shipped but it would take 3-4 weeks to receive it. Nothing yet...

SCAM! They take your money and do not respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

Total scam company. I paid for my goods through PayPal and have raised it as grievance. We’ll see if that gets me anywhere.

Well, I just got scammed....no answer to my e-mails on where my order is? No phone number on website to contact anybody(which I just realize) Unbelievable, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Same as everyone on here. Ordered 23.3.20 and still not received anything. Fake tracking code and emailed ignored. They even deleted my account so I can’t access anything. Never ever use this company. I’ve lost £59

Not a real company. You will never receive your order. Has been over 2 months. I emailed asking for a refund after no shipping information was received after 1 month. They then sent me tracking info for shipping. Which after 33 days has never updated. DO NOT ORDER FROM EHRE
