Absolutely dreadful company, ordered 2 prints on the 29th of April and have not yet received them. I’ve sent numerous emails and i have had no response. Definitely a Scam! Never dealt with such a disgusting company that obviously takes advantage of its customers.

If I could put less than one star I would. Total scam. Cannot contact them at all after order, no shipping information and no delivery many months after order

Ordered in beginning of April 2020 and advised via email on 4/16 order was being processed. May 1, received a second email stating prints were on their way. (I had seen PBN on FB and had ordered close to $200 worth of prints to be delivered to my family who were quarantined). No phone number to call, no one answering emails any longer. I intend to contact Better Business Bureau and NJ Consumer Affairs. (I reside in NJ) I wont stop till I get a response. mary

SAME experience! Placed an order May 27 and have received no info on shipping and after 3 emails to the company I am still not getting a reply. They have no phone number listed and seem not have a legitimate address either. This company is a total scam and I'm trying to get my money back now from PayPal.

All I can say is DITTO This company is a scam! They take your money and then nothing. I have contacted them several times and just had automated replies. So I have a case raised with PayPal and awaiting resolution!! Just don’t bother. Wished I had looked here first!

Same problem, ordered in april and no notice from them. If anyone is from new york please go to the direction 100 Church Street, Manhattan, 10007, or if anyone has been able to get the refund or has contact them, please tell us how.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed my order April 6, and since then I've received 3 automated emails in response to my 8+ emails about the status of my order. Never received any shipping confirmation and it's been 2 months since I placed the order. I've asked them 5 times now to cancel my order and they've stopped even sending automated emails in response. On May 24 I clicked "View my Order" on my original order confirmation email and instead of taking me to my order summary on their website it said "Error 404", AKA my order is GONE. I haven't received any communications saying that they were cancelling my orders AND I haven't been refunded. Complete waste of money.

Reluctant to even give them one star. My experience is like many of the reviews displayed. Placed an order on 13th April and despite the Company pleading they were so busy with orders they weren't too busy to take my money (almost 60 USD) 2 days later. They occasionally send me e-mails telling me they are still dealing with my order but the delay is because of problems with the shipments due to Covid-19. Don't believe a word of what they have said - like everyone else this is a total SCAM and this Company should not be allowed to continue to advertise urging you to buy more goods you will never see. The e-mail address at the bottom of their advert is not recognised when you try to send an e-mail to that address and if you connect to the Facebook link it says "sorry this content is not available at the moment". I like many have been taken in and you should definitely NOT have anything to do with this organisation.
