If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. It is a scam website. Don’t order anything from them because you would just waste your money and never get the product. I was lucky to get my money back because I used PayPal and PayPal refunded my money, otherwise I could kiss my $60 good bye. Having PayPal is a blessing. Highly recommend their service to everyone.

It has been almost one month since my order. When I first ordered my custom paint by numbers I never received an email confirmation, but my card was charged. A few weeks went by and I emailed them to find out why I didn't get a receipt. I then received a text message saying my order shipped. No tracking number. It's now been two more weeks and no package. When you call their phone number it goes directly to a generic voicemail. I am assuming at this point it is a scam. Don't buy.

Absolutely appaling service. May be a scam site. DO NOT BUY
I have no opinion on the product itself, as i never recieved it, the parcel never arrives.
I bought the product direct from the site (originalpaintbynumber dot com), so those buying indirectly may have a different experience.
My experience bears suspicious similarity to that seen in reviews on this site for another site offering similar products (paintbynumbers.shop or paint by numbers shop).
As i have said, the parcel never arrives, when queried by email, they send a tracking number showing it has (ie it has a green tick and "delivered" on the top of the page), but if you look at the delivery it has been delivered to "UK, UK", and you have certainly not got the parcel. They stick with their story that it has arrived, and you must take it up with the courier. This is incorrect, in the case of a lost parcel you must take it up with the supplier who then takes it up with the courier. In any case, there is no information on their site or the tracking site about the courier, or indeed where the parcel is. Unless i look around the whole of "UK, UK". So it is not possible.
They stick to the story that it has been delivered even in the face of their own tracking sites evidence that it has not.
And the style of content of the emails bear similarity to those of online scams.
There is no phone number to speak to them, there is no online review site, and if you email you get a wall of the same email coming back telling you that you are wrong, and that you have the parcel.
