Yeah this place is a scam. I should have been tipped off by the fact that you only ever get the same automated message if you try to email. I tried multiple times to contact them about my order but no dice. It's too late for me to get my money back but do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.

I wish I could give 0 stars because that is what they deserve. I also wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order in April, have emailed the company several times and have not gotten any responses. I can't believe this is even still up and running. My next steps are to contact facebook to inform them that this is a fraudulent site (because that is how I learned about it) and my bank to see if there is anything I can do to get my money back. It is a shame some people will lie and steal to get money while the rest of us work our tails off to earn it!

Disgraceful. Responded to two of my emails - then when I mentioned going to the fraud department of the bank they ignored me. Ordered in march - nothing received

I ordered from them April 22nd and still have not received any information. I think this is a scam and have contacted my credit card company. I have received a link to "view my order" that goes straight to an error page and multiple b.s. duplicate emails. We now have a new version of the email, but their on-line presence has changed and all of the reviews deleted from the google search. I don't even believe the address and phone number is accurate. Total waste of money and time.

SCAM!!!! I ordered on April 28th, It is now June 24th. I too keep getting the due to covid we are delayed automatic response. This is really sad, this was a mother daughter birthday gift for my kiddo. I understand that people were out of work, but here is the thing, you took my money so you need to give me my product or return my money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Shame on you for treating your customers like this.
