SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Hey guys xD You won't believe it but after ordering a painting around 13th of April I have received it just now aaaaand verything is intact! After reading all of your cases of no-conntact/no-show I was sceptical and already put a claim/case via PayPal but I revoked it just a second ago since the order came ;o Veeery late, no response from the company... Through Paypal or emails that they send... Nothing. I expected the worst outcome but well... I have my order in my hands... Better now than never... Paypal also didn't receive any information - I wonder if they went bankrupt by now or what... or am I just lucky?... who knows... I've tried to contenct the company via phone number or email their spam their discounts from or the other one which they send their tracking numbers from - I had no such luck = no response... I wish you all also luck or at least maybe some refunds. I understand your flustration.

I wish I read the reviews on this website. Let me just start by saying I normally order my paint by numbers on Amazon and I have never been let down but I wanted to give a paintbynumbers business a chance. I ordered and my card was charged I got an automated email saying that USPS,UPS & DHL were not running right now (red flag because they are there is just a delay) I emailed them 3 times asking where my order was and why it hasn't been shipped out after 3 weeks of ordering and I got no response at all. I filed a chargeback through my bank. I saw some reviews saying they aren't answering for refunds so I would recommend calling your bank. ORDER YOUR PAINT BY NUMBERS ON AMAZON. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!

Agree with other reviewers. This is a scam. Do not order from this place. I placed an order in April and paid my money and never received anything. They did respond to my email only to tell me they were working on it. It's been 3 month. It's not coming. Please do not order from this company!!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews. I, too, ordered, was charged, didn't receive the order, tracked it, and the company is bogus. Ugh

One star because I can't give a zero. I placed an order in April and they charged my card that same day of 75.00 and I still have not received anything from them, no painting kits, no response to multiple emails or letters sent. This is a scam and they will take your money!! Do Not purchase from this site. Fraud!!

Even 1 star is too much! This is a total scam, which is obvious from the many reviews here. Also, on their Facebook page, there is nothing but reviews like these. Although, I personally can no longer find their Facebook page! So either it is removed or I have been banned or something. I placed my order on 7 April (AND THEY CHARGED ME THAT DAY!) and I still have nothing. After 2 weeks or so, I got an automated email that due to COVID-19 it could take longer. I accepted that because it made sense. Then you start sending emails, which get increasingly demanding from me, where the shipment is and that you want your money back. No reply, of course! I have sent several of those kinds of emails and only 1 got a reply, again a template that says it takes longer and all that bullsh*t. I have opened up a dispute with Paypal. And here's the fun part: shortly after doing so, I received a tracking number.... one that is completely bogus, it does not exist! I received the tracking number for the first time on 14 May. I JUST checked the tracking website (as writing this) and it is still an unknown tracking number. That is all the proof you would need! And as coincidence would have it: Paypal usually gives the other party a certain amount of days to respond to the dispute being opened, and my message to them. Literally, on the day that the response time ended, have they sent me the second email with bogus information! In the meantime, some week later, I get an email saying my "men's wallet" is sent...the same fake tracking number... I am now waiting to see how Paypal will fix this. Regardless, I want my money back and I want this "business" being shut down! They are a f**king disgrace!! Their shipping email says to expect 14 to 21 days for the order to arrive. Well both from 14 May as well as 28 May, that is bullsh*t! I hope Paypal resolves my issue soon and can get me my money back. I do not even want the product anymore!
