FRAUD! STAY AWAY! We made an order for 3 items on April and we never received them. The tracking order form doesn't work and a whois domain check gives a 500 error as response.

Absolutely appalling, pyment taken and order confirmed, then nothing for the past 10 weeks except marketing emails. When i try to contact them on their generic address the emails just bounce back. Luckily i paid by PayPal and so have put it to their resolution centre, they have had no response from this company either. Please do Not use this company.

ORIGINALPAINTBYNUMBER.COM, is in 2 words, "TOTAL SCAM". I ordered 12 paint by number kits from them back on April 4th. Received a confirmation e-mail afterwords confirming my order with an order number and that due to Covid-19, my order would be a bit late in arriving. Understandable given the current situation and that things are a bit slow. However, over a month later in May and nothing except e-mails from Originalpaintbynumber.com offering me more kits and discounts but nothing with regards to my order. Tried calling and e-mailing them a few times to find out what's going on with my order, but never got a response from them. I escalated a claim with PayPal as I had paid through them, to investigate this matter with Originalpaintbynumber.com and to hopefully get a refund. 3 weeks later I receive a tracking number from Originalpaintbynumber.com on PayPal for Canada Post, and checked it out and it was not recognized by Canada Post. Also received an e-mail with my order, but it was not from Originalpaintbynumber.com, but from a company called MensBlackLeatherBelts.com. Why would a leather belt company that sells belts have my order for paint by number kits? Obvious red flag right there. I checked on Originalpaintbynumber.com for my order, and it no longer exists there. These people are total fraudsters running a fake company and scamming people for money. It took a few weeks but i received a full refund from PayPal for the money that I had spent. I should of checked out this company at first before buying from them like other people did. Beware of this fake company that these scammers are running and do not buy from them. They take your money no problem but you never receive the merchandise. Bunch of thieves.

I made order 3 months ago. They took charge of my credit card. I have not received my purchase. Initially they sent me a purchase order number and a link to follow the order. it does not work. they do not respond mail. the page continues to work and cheat. they are a scam They claim to be an American company, but I already doubt it. I don't live in the United States and I don't know who to claim.

Beware! Total scam!!! Ordered from them March 22, have received nothing as of today, July 1. Numerous attempts to contact them with no response. I wish I could have used Zero stars! Lost $45

This company is a scam. I ordered two paintings on April 1st and did not receive a shipping notification until May 1st. It is now JULY 1st and after FOUR attempts to contact them, I still do not have my product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I no longer expect I'll be receiving a refund OR my products from them, but hopefully I can save others from the same experience.

Do not purchase from this site, they are just simply out to scam people. I ordered one for my partner and fully appreciate during lockdown it may have taken a bit longer. I got a confirmation email but then never heard anything further than that. I then didn't receive my item for more than 3 months. On multiple occasions, I emailed the customer service email requesting for a refund to receive emails saying they would deal with my query in 2-3 business days. To then hear nothing more. I had to claim my money back in the end. Not impressed with the service at all.

I ordered a kit in early April. They took my money but I received nothing!! Since then I moved, gave them an address change and still nothing. Beware DoNOT order from them. They have no phone number to complain either! A scam!!
