Watch out. This shop is a fraud. Do not order there. I have ordered there back in March, luckily through PayPal. But still until today i haven’t received goods, nor have I received my money back. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Unfortunately I didn't check this website before buying my product. I bought one paint by number more than 2 months ago. After waiting for so long I finally requested a cancellation since the website they had provided (17track) didn't recognise my tracking number. I have send them 4 emails over the past month and never got any answer. There isn't a telephone number on their website so I can't contact them any other way. I am so mad I have wasted my money on a scam

Don't do it. it's a scam. ordered May 18th and still not received. Customer service terrible sending your round in circles to delay. Many other companies with this product, use alternative. Still processing with paypal to get money back after requesting to cancel several times, and having no response from the company.

I have the same complaint. Ordered but no delivery. I ordered early March and wrote several times but only received their standard email excuse. I checked the company that they indicated would show up on my credit card. They (An Associates) seem only to help companies advertise and they collect the money. I then went through my credit card company to dispute the charge and they returned my money and will follow through with the company to block any further attempt by the company to re-charge my account. Lesson learned I guess.

This is an update of a previous review from myself following the ARRIVAL OF THE ITEM!! Ordered on 24th March, delivered on 29th JUNE!! The fact that it actually arrived has increased my rating, but the lack of customer service and the outrageous delivery time screams AVOID! For those of you regretting this purchase like I was, file a complaint with PayPal (Hopefully this is how you paid). They were in the process of getting me a refund when in finally arrived!

Same as the others on here. Ordered back in probably April 2020. May 1st, got an email with a shipping number to a website called 17TRACK (which was weird in and of itself). Tracking number has not been recognized by this website so, my suspicions were aroused, but apparently not enough. I continued to email them and got generic responses about the COVID-19 pandemic slowing things down. Emailed them a few more times. Looked for a customer service number on their site. There is not one, just an address in NYC. That is EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS!! What legit company DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER??? Then, I decided to Google the name of the company and "scam". This website came up with the 269 reviews of the same situation. Oh, how I wished that I had Googled this BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER!! Lesson learned. I ordered from them because I liked their selection better than any of the other larger, legit websites. Well, if you don't get your stuff, then it does not matter. I am calling my bank on Monday to see what they can do (although, they will probably tell me that I should have used their credit card instead of debit because I can dispute it better).
