0 stars. TOTAL SCAM. Placed order April 5th and never received anything. Contacted company several time - no response. Stay away!

If I could give a 0, I would!!! This is a total scam! They don’t deliver orders and never respond.

SCAM!! If I could give 0 rating I would! Ordered 1 kit May 9, 2020 and have gotten nothing but the runaround and fake tracking number China Post!! They operate under multiple companies selling same product also scamming innocent victims in this terrible COVID-19 crisis.. Instead of buying an art kit to lift your spirits THEY LIFT YOUR WALLET!!

I ordered over a month ago and have tried to contact them multiple times receiving no response besides a canned form letter email. I get plenty of marketing emails from them though! I have not received my item or tracking and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Update: I have also reported them to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

Stay away from this scam

If I could give it zero stars I would. Two orders placed in April. One has a bogus shipping number and the other has none at all. No responses to my emails. No product. I am out $60.

Ordered an item on the 30th of April 2020 - its nearly been 10 weeks, and I am yet to get a reply from their customer service email, with no sign of my item being delivered. I will be reporting them to the relevant consumer watchdog - avoid at all costs - this is more then likely a scam.

I also have had an awful experience having seen these reviews I have reported the company to the FTC. I would recommend others do the same, its really easy and quick to do. Hopefully the more this is done the more likely this company will no longer be able to trade
