Yep total scam. Ordered in April, mid July now and still not received. I would be willing to wait longer but They are not answering emails either. I’ve had some deliveries from slow boat from China arrived more promptly. They must have made a fortune during this pandemic and blaming COVID for overwhelming demands, and really all they need to do is respond. They did take my money though. Too bad for unfolds to dishonest people. Namaste

I placed my order on June 13. It is still awaiting fulfillment. I e-mail them and I get the same automated response. Should've read the reviews on this page before ordering. After reading all these reviews about scam, I noticed that the products listed in their page have no review at all as of other paint by numbers do. Do not order from these people.

Total scam company. I ordered mid-May. Two months and a PayPal claim later and still nothing has arrived. No response by their customer service company. Only AFTER making a claim through PayPal did they ship something. And for a “small company based in New York” it’s coming from China. Liars and scammers. If I hadn’t made a claim through PayPal I doubt they’d have sent whatever is on its way. Do. NOT. Order. From. This. Company.

Ordered almost $100 in paint by number in April and never received. I've emailed 6 times. Got an auto response 1 time from them about covid making things delayed but thats it. No other responses. Its garbage and a lie! I've ordered things from China and other countries and gotten them faster. I will be pursuing legal action against them and contacting my bank as well very soon if I do not hear from them....and would suggest others do so as well. It sounds as though they are comittig fraud against many people and stealing money for product they do not have.
