I ordered two paintings on 1 April and they have only just arrived. This after numerous emails chasing with no response. It was only after i raised a complaint through Paypal and asked Paypal for a refund and they got involved did we finally get a response and they posted my items. However they came rolled up and crinkled in a jiffy envelope so it’s going to be difficult to paint unless i can stretch and tape them down on a board. I understand they might be under some pressure due to Covid-19 but I cannot recommend this company, there’s no excuse for terrible customer service and lack of communication.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I paid nearly $60 over 4 months ago and have nothing. Dozens and dozens of emails sent...no response. This company is a huge scam to say the least. How can all of get them taken down and stop them??

3 months since my order and nothing has arrived. No response from the company. When I click my order confirmation link from the email they sent me when I paid, it says “not found.” Do not waste your money—it’s a scam.

Horrible experience. They charged my card, but I never received the paintings. Got a tracking number and everything, but it never shipped. I sent multiple emails to their customer service and never got a response. It’s been almost 6 months now and I haven’t gotten a refund or my paintings! Don’t waste your money on this SCAM.

Ordered a kit May 27 2020 - credit card charged same day. July 16th still have not received kit. Will try to get a refund. Charge derived from Ontario but business address listed as 100 Church Street, Manhattan NYC. Sent me a tracking number on July 4th from Aftership - still no update on package. No customer service to speak of. Company only communicates via email and it takes 10 to 14 days for a reply.

2 months have past and I haven’t got my order. I’ve followed up and no one is relying to me. I paid $35 and all went to waste

BUYER BEWARE!! This is a SCAM. Do not buy from this "company". I ordered two kits on April 28. Here it is almost 3 months later and nothing. They finally sent a tracking number (from company called menleatherbelt.com!) in June...which goes nowhere. I've emailed 4 times and gotten no response. I called the number listed with the purchase on my statement and the call won't complete. So today, I got in touch with Capital One Visa, which I used for this purchase. I filed a complaint and they are refunding me. I recommend you do the same! You have to first try to get it resolved yourself, but I had done so much already that I'm getting my $$ back.
