DO NOT ORDER from OPTICAL FACTOR!! Wrong prescription, awful customer service and cheap!!

Two of the vsame style frames broke. Only offered a discount. I wanted a full credit or replacement with a different style because after twp of the same style frames broke, I figured that style must have a defect. They told me they were not warranted and offered a discount on a new pair. Glasses are cheap so you get what you pay for, I guess. Buy elsewhere.

They need to provide quality products and listen to there customers instead of trying to make the customers at fault for the garbage they send out.

I am waiting from months

Worst customer service ever. Refused to take return. When I contacted them and emailed them I was just told "You should have ordered different lenses". That is it. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!

Can’t review product because I Placed order in 4/15 , order said pending until 4/26 when I sent an email for status update. Third party tracking # , told me to download SHOP to track order. Was to be delivered 4/29, out for delivery then delayed, 4/30-5/2 out for delivery, 5/3 at 1:49 am said it was delivered to front porch. Nope. No delivery and getting ahold of anyone is a joke. Can’t contact delivery service because you don’t know who exactly is delivering them. Has anyone had luck just filing a claim with your bank for your money back if you flat out never recieved product?

Updated review July 2026. After a promising start (see original review) sadly I feel I have no option but to change my 5 star rating... The frame on my sunglasses around one of the lenses snapped after 6 weeks. Optical factor customer services have responded but ultimately won't help at all. After a few messages the answer was the glasses are out of warranty, but you can order a replacement frame (at standard price with me paying postage). So essentially no help whatsoever. So my advice now is the same as almost every other reviewer's i.e avoid. I didn't read reviews before ordering a pair of prescription sunglasses from Optical Factor. Once I read reviews, I feared the worst. However, my prescription polaroid sunglasses arrived to my home in the UK yesterday about 2 weeks after ordering. They feel really well made. The prescription is correct. They fit well and the lenses seem good quality. So, for under £80, I feel they are a good buy. Time will tell if they last, but so far so good. After reading a lot of negative reviews I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. Maybe I've been lucky but I do like to leave reviews when I am a happy customer, so I am leaving a positive one for Optical Factor.
