Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
They took a long time to arrive. Arrived broken, which isn't surprising because they feel like they came from the dollar store. Very cheap. The prescription lense insert is blurry and looks more like a toy magnifying glass from when I was a kid.
I reached out to them regarding the broken frame... they offered to send a new pair. Why would I want another pair? I filed a disputeb with PayPal. The company responded that they would refund me $8.00. I declined. They said to return and they will consider a refund.... they want me to pay for the return shipping to China for a product that came broken. Hopefully, PayPal will take care of things.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, got 1
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Received 1. Emailed customer service. Only reply I get is “these are the glasses you ordered, check the order.” Came from china, so I wrote in Chinese, “did not get these glasses”, same reply! They get your money and don’t care after that! DO NOT USE!

Stay away from optical factor
Stay away from optical factor. Bought a pair of safety prescription glasses and within 2 months they broke in half, I barely used them prior to breaking, contacted costumer service and they wanted me to buy new frames. Will not buy from this company ever again.

Zero accountability, you get what they send you
I ordered polarized prescription sunglasses, they shipped the glasses with clear lenses. Contacted their support and they refused to correct the error, instead repeatedly asked me to purchase another set of glasses. The item description, and my email invoice clearly stated "polarized sunglasses". There is no return process, no refund process, and no way of knowing what you will receive.

Toy-quality glasses that serve a purpose
I've ordered from them several times, purely because I want wraparound sunglasses for motorcycle use and "proper" opticians refuse to sell me any wraparounds with a prescription lens unless I have their extortionate "sports" lenses, at another £200+.
Well, so far the ones supplied by OF have closely approximated to my prescription (I feel I have been lucky), sufficient to wear on the bike, and are around one eighth of the price.
That said, the durability of the frames are little better than toy glasses. The lenses are squeezed in so tight that one frame snapped spontaneously, and the stress around the edge of the lens causes stress patterns to form.
Polarized lenses should be avoided, as the polarizing is patchy and somewhat non-existent in places. This has a weird effect on the brain when an object in a certain point of vision appears differently in each eye.
Only positive reviews are shown on their website... I've watched for my "fair" reviews to be visible, but they never are.
So the bottom line is that the glasses are pretty rubbish, but at £40 versus £300 to simply be able to see clearly while riding the bike, it has tempted me a few times. I appear to have a couple of pairs that are lasting the test of time, and considering that they get hit with dust, insects, gravel, etc I have always shied away from splashing out on a £300 pair of Rayban/Bolle, which may themselves only last one year.
Just don't think these will ever look or perform like quality sunglasses, but as sacrificial riding wear, I think you can get lucky - even though they are still overpriced for what they are

I wish I would’ve found trust pilot…
I wish I would’ve found trust pilot before I ordered from them. Ordered in June and getting ready to go into August with no glasses do not order from this company. I’m gonna call my bank and have them reverse the charge. I don’t ever expect to see them by the way I also bought from Zenni and had my glasses in two weeks and they were great.

I ordered the Prescription Polarized Motorcycle Sunglasses
I ordered the Prescription Polarized Motorcycle Sunglasses and when I got them I noticed that the left lens wasn't right. When I looked from side to side the view was warped. The right side didn't fit the prescription requested. When I tried to request a return label because it was their mistake, they kept asking me to send them proof. At first, I thought it was legitimate questions but each time I did they just asked for something else. I went as far as to say I wasn't lying, that I got the impression that they were just avoiding my return request. Last email to them I sent screenshots of the reviews from Trustpilot and others! They are a ripoff!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Optical Factor.
The frame quality and lens tint were actually very good, and I was happy with the appearance of the sunglasses. Unfortunately, the prescription lenses were not manufactured correctly. The vision was noticeably less sharp than with my other prescription sunglasses made using the same prescription, especially when driving.
I visited Vision Express, where the lenses were measured and found to differ from my original prescription. I provided Optical Factor with the measurements, my original prescription, and additional information they requested.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked for more documents, including reports that local opticians explained they could not officially provide for lenses made by another company.
After almost two months of emails, the warranty claim was still not resolved.
Based on my experience, the frames are good, but I cannot recommend Optical Factor for prescription lenses or their after-sales support.
In the end, I had to purchase a completely new pair of prescription sunglasses from a local optician because the issue was never resolved.
