Per the carrier, OpticalFactor customer service, said my glasses were delivered on 6/20/26 to a "lock box" at 34113, which is the zip code for Naples, FL. No other details. Were supposed to go to Falmouth, ME. I email them every day and they just say "carrier delivered the glasses, although no one knows where. Do not order from this firm, use a US manufacturer. Only communicate by email.

Imagine buying prescription sunglasses that are of such poor quality, you get dizzy when you put them on. Then try getting money back out of China. Lesson learned. I waited five weeks for delivery, but took only a few days to put them in the trash.

Took less than 3 weeks for shipping. Exactly what I ordered for under $35. Prescription glasses, I cannot see far away. I've had them over a month with no problems at all. Love my glasses!

Quite possibly THE worst eyewear I've had the displeasure of wearing. I ordered polarized sunglasses. Mine were not polarized. I have a small piece of paper to test polarized glasses and these are not. The minute I put them on, I was nauseous. The vision is skewed, somewhat twisted, and one side has a significant haze which makes everything blurry. These simply cannot be my subscription. It's like putting on someone else's Rx glasses. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I doubt I will get a refund since they came from China (did not know that), so I will leave as many bad reviews as I can across all platforms.

Ordered Glasses from them in 2024 September. Wrote an email with a custom note too & the response was swift. Apparently takes 3-7 business days for production then shipping. Took me 18 days from the day of purchase to receiving the glasses in the UK.

Optical factor pulled a bait and switch. Wouldn't honor the order made. Constantly delayed shipping. Never received product. Told them to cancel it, then they claim it's in production and must deduct the cost. Still not received to date.

Bought a pair of glasses for a great price. But sometimes it's worth it to pay more for quality. I loved the way they looked but couldn't wear them because they fit poorly. After much discussion, the company allowed me to choose a different pair. The new pair fits great and I can see well. However, both frames cracked within a couple of weeks. The first pair even without wearing them.
