Awful joke of a company. Item not delivered nor can they tell me where it is. Tracking link now says delivered to another part of the UK (coming from China) and clearly given me another tracking link. Won't refund, delays responding and gaslights constantly. I just want my money back. Absolute time wasters

Total SCAM to sell polarised prescription glasses if you can't polarise them properly. Complete SCAM of a company. Would NOT recommend purchasing from this company! I bought a pair of "polarised prescription sunglasses". The polarisation just doesn't work. It isn't applied properly. Company sent a replacement pair with the same issue. Then refused a refund claiming that the polarisation doesn't work because the glasses are "customised for my prescription" and therefore isn't their problem.

I ordered photo chromatic safety glasses. What I got was standard safety glasses to ANSI Z87 which is an American specification and thus, these are not acceptable to wear in a UK workplace. The glasses feel very cheap and nasty, I have to wear these for work and don't feel safe putting these to the test. I've asked for a refund and luckily I bought on credit so it shouldn't be too much of a faff

The Rx was completely off my daughter couldn't see anything out of them and the plastic was cheap and uncomfortable. She needed a pair of comfy sports glasses but they were not. When I reached out to customer service to fix the rx or let me return them they just sent me back the picture i uploaded of the RX and said they made them to that specification. So frustrating and unhelpful.

They did not fill a prescription. The friends were offset and did not fit. After calling customer service, they refused to give any kind of refund. The entire company is a scam.

Order a set of safety glasses with my prescription they took weeks to get to me as they in chain I put them on and the prescription didn't feel right I had them tested and they confirm that they were wrong I'm now in a email battle with them to try and get a refund

A disaster. You cannot trust this company. I have had non stop aggravation for simply ordering 2 frames. Delivery was 3 times longer than expected and when I wanted to return a frame, they tried to refuse. However attractive their prices may be, don't fall for it.
