Placed Order - March 16th. In case you're wondering, I'm writing this on May 5th. They claimed the glasses were in production on April 6th. THEN after it took forever, I got a message that said the frames were out of stock. Yes - out of stock after they were supposedly in production... That was April 21st - more than a month later than I placed the order - then they offered an alternate frame or a refund. I asked for a refund. Ask me if I've received that yet? Let this be a cautionary tale - spend your money elsewhere. I've ordered from other sites, and worn them before this one has even been put into production. If I could leave zero stars, I certainly would.

Cheap sport glasses. I broke and pair and they broke the first time he used them. They cut his face and could really damaged his eye. I tried to contact them and they wouldn’t even respond. I feel like I was scammed.

I was a little leary when I saw bad reviews AFTER I ordered. Was tracking the shipping from China closely. Then, within 3 weeks of my order (free shipping), I received my prescription sunglasses. Unfortunately, they arrived broken, which apparently occurred at the factory during lens insertion (did they not notice?). However, I sent images and received my replacement pair faster than the first.

I paid extra for 4-6 Business Day shipping, and was later told that all orders have a 7-18 day shipping time to the US. So why the heck are you offering customers an option to pay extra for a service that you don't offer? That's called a scam. They also seem cheap and flimsy, I'm not sure they provide much impact protection. I wish I ordered from somewhere else.

This is the worst company you could ever order glasses from it's been 7 weeks and I still don't have my glasses yet they charged me $150 plus dollars and every time I ask about my glasses they send me excuses! I don't know what to do to get a refund they are just taking too long and they are not good and customer service they don't respond or they respond with generic messages! Do not ever order from opticalfactor.com
