Buyer Beware: Bait-and-Switch Pricing!Do not trust this company. I ordered and paid $49.19 for frames WITH lenses through Optical Factor’s checkout system. Later, they contacted me demanding additional payment for the lenses. They repeatedly claimed the lenses weren’t on my order, even though my order confirmation clearly listed my lens selections. If your system accepts an order and payment, you honor the deal. Terrible business practice and a total scam.

I have had the tented safety glasses for about 4 months and they broke in half. I contacted the company and they said it’s outside the warranty window and offered 30 percent of another pair. I replied if your quality is this bad I want buy anything else. They responded with 40 percent of. The glasses were not dropped or damaged it’s just crap quality!

Frames and lenses came in and WERE NOT AS listed on website. Cheap material, disported lenses and frames are way too small. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, their customer service is horrible and don't respond to requests for information. Comes out of China and poorly made. Still awaiting to get my refund request (6 different times I have contacted) started.

Absolutely shocking! Do not order from here... placed an order received no updates sent an email had no response until I opened up a bank dispute then sent me an email saying it has been delivered then proceeds to send 4 photos of a package on someone's doorstep with a names name on and a us address i am in the uk and female.. just beggars belief! Sent them an email stating the facts and obviously.. no response so I will wait a further 5 days and continue with bank dispute! Disgusting scammers

Manufacturing defected glasses received, customer service gave me a run around for a month emailing back and forth and would not fix their mistake or exchange/refund. Unprofessional email responses and horrible quality.

Wrong lenses completely unhelpful customer experience.

I ordered sunglasses got a cheap pair of clear glasses, the prescription was terrible. If I wanted a pair of clear plastic glasses I could have bought them at the hardware store for $8. My recommendation is do not order from this company.

I ordered a pair of glasses from them in good faith. After waiting almost a month I asked for a update and was told my order will be ready shortly. Two days later I receive a email stating that the frames are not available for another 6 weeks. I request to cancel order. After trying to get my refund for two weeks (they send one email a day, their communication is awful, Optical Factor then refunds only a small portion of original price. I never received my order. I never got any glasses from them and they only refund a small portion? Terrible business practice. Do Not Buy From Them
