Ordered glasses and it to three weeks to get them! I wore for a week and they were blurry both for distance and reading! When I inquired about my shipment they told me they didn’t do online orders with me knowing that wasn’t true! Now I have to get a refund and not very confident that’s going to go smoothly! This company is a joke! Don’t purchase glasses from Optical Factor!!!

Bought some prescription swim goggles. Absolutely unusable. They were completely distorted and I was better off trying to swim with non prescription goggles because at least they didn’t hurt my eyes.

Purchased wrap around sports glasses with prescription insert. Insert sits so close to the face they are unusable, the curve distorts the prescription. Frame of the sunglass lens broke after 2 uses and then disintergrated in multiple place. Did the research I should have done before purchasing and realised these were very low quality fakes. Have reached out to Optical Factor who have no interest in rectifying the sitution and have just offered me a standard discount on a another purchase - as if I would ever buy from them again.

Absolute Garbage. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering. I ordered bi focal safety glasses. The prescription is way off and the frames are cheap nasty flimsy plastic. Total ripoff.

Warning: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR GLASSES ARE MADE INCORRECTLY, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA OR OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER PAIR. THESE GLASSES ARE CHEAPLY MADE, FROM POOR MATERIALS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They will play games and ask you the same questions over and over instead of offering a resolution. This business is unethical and immoral.

Nice looking when received but the lifespan is three months, with normal usage and proper care. Their warranty changes all the time: they don’t respect their warranty and make you pay transport from China when it is defective. I bought 4 pairs and same story for all of them. Not giving them a chance anymore. Material is really cheap. Stay away.

They sell glasses that sit too far from face. This then causes the prescription to become distorted. (vertex distance) They didn't want to even consider return and readjusting the prescription.

The glasses they sent are the wrong prescription. The glasses are to be light responsive in the sunlight. They do not change color in the sunlight. I have requested a refund and a return label. They have provided neither a return label or a refund. I have gotten the run around from this company. Follow Up: Since my last posting I have had the glasses tested by an optometrist. The prescription is off in both lenses by 0.25 and the PD is off by 2.5 in one lens and 4.0 in the other lens. I emailed this document to Optical Factor, requesting a refund and a prepaid return shipping label. Two days later Optical Factor offered to refund me $8.00 and ship me a new pair of glasses. In previous emails trying to get a refund from Optical Factor I stated that I had to purchase a pair of glasses elsewhere, that I want a full refund and I did not want or need Optical Factor to make me a replacement pair of glasses. DO NOT ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY.
