The product as mentioned is small and more of a desk unit. The customer service was very good and I appreciate their attention to the customer!

I had the same experience with the product. I could get more cooling from a pan of water and a fan. However, when I called customer service I spoke to Aiseo, she was was very pleasant and helpful. She arranged for a full refund. I wish every customer service person I talk was half as pleasant and efficient.

Very disappointed with the product, ended up being not much more than a little fan without much of a breeze. However, Customer Service was very efficient with their response to my emails and resoling my problem. No matter how well CS is when the product lacks quality what use is it to the customer.

The product was not what I expected at all. The service was excellent. The response time was very quick & they did refund my money. They were very receptive to my problem & did what I wanted them to do. The refund was granted without a problem. I will wait to see it returned to my account. Thx . Too bad your product doesn’t live up to your service!! The breeze box does not work!

Jenn was professional and issued me a credit promptly. 5 stars for her. I just wish the product had been better. I was looking forward to using it. Came damaged in the box. Not the durable product I was expecting.
