God to HONEST Care!
I want to thank everyone that was working with me and comforting my soul of thoughts on how I was feeling quiet, in my inner thoughts without me getting to a place of being upset emotionally because in the beginning the way the package for the power saver was delivered I just became Very displeased and I never tried the product. I just wanted my refund, and I explain this to the customer care and they were forthright in every way with their honesty, being cordial and respectful, and because of their care towards me, I could not even get in my feelings. They simply understood what I wanted with no hesitation and no offense taken on their part. They gave me my heart desire for a refund. I greatly appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to go through ups and downs, changes and turn around to simply get a refund so this company I give two thumbs up for customer care how they handle a person’s heart and concerns on the matter at hand thank you
