Michelle was professional and very polite, She spoke clearly and succinctly. She also remedied the problem in record time. Michelle is defiantly in the top 1% of Customer service reps in my estimation. What a pleasurable experience after a major letdown with an ordered product that was no where near the item shown in the picture. Anyone who talks with Michelle will be pleasantly surprised with the skill and professionalism as she solves their problem. A definite asset to your business!

Customer service was very helpful. They were very prompt and getting back to me. However, I did have to get a refund, but they process that immediately. I appreciate it. And hate that I have to get refunded.

The delivery was very slow and I gave up and asked for a refund, which I got right away. a week later, to my surprise, the the compact air cooler arrived, but was not strong enough for the room I ordered it for. However, the customer service during the entire process was excellent. I'm just sorry the cooler didn't work.
