We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been. We recognize that delays in both delivery and refund processing can be extremely disappointing, particularly when you have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that a full refund was issued on July 27 to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We also understand your concerns regarding the communication you received. While multiple members of our support team may assist with customer inquiries, our goal is always to provide accurate information and timely resolutions. We regret that your experience did not reflect that standard. Customer satisfaction remains important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. If you have not yet seen the refund reflected in your account, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can provide additional details and assist in verifying the transaction with your financial institution. We sincerely regret the frustration this matter has caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the status of your refund.
