Waste of money. DO NOT BUY. Cool Cove is a Horrible product. Like a toy. Doesn’t work. Cord is also only 2 ft long. Waited weeks for arrival and company just kept trying to upsell a different (better) product while waiting. All would be ok if the product worked. This device couldn’t cool a breadbox let alone a room. Barely even blows air…no cooling effect whatsoever.

Delivery is taking a lot longer than I expected, I still don’t have any kind of eta. It’s been almost three weeks and my items are still in china. I’m afraid by the time they arrive they won’t be useful anymore. It also took five days to get any kind of reply from customer service.

I placed an order on July 3, 2026. The order number is 309151. I still haven't received my order and I've tried calling multiple times but the call volume is high and no one answers! I also sent an email but no response! I was also charged an extra 9.99 for Onninest Rewards! I want a full refund of 108.97!
