Melissa Graeve was just the best in getting me taken care of. She helped me fix my GooglePay up n gave me solid advice future adventure if needed!! OneAZ goes above n beyond to help their members right.

Representative seemed to know at first glance what the problem was and took care of it in a professional manner.

Ella Pritchett was such a great banker to work with! she made this process easier for me. Also Marcus -don’t know last name- was super easy to work with and he was so prepared when i went into the bank

Called to ask for help with setting up a link to another account and Adam stayed on the phone with me until I was comfortable that everything was set up correctly. He was patient and informative. Nice to have a pleasant experience when calling in for help; rarity these days.

Melissa Graeve was excellent in handling my request today. She was professional, attentive and responsive resolving my issue in one phone call. Thank you Melissa for taking good care of me.

Karmy was SO helpful! She called me within an hour of submitting an application and walked me through the very quick and easy process. Everything was done by lunchtime! She was super friendly and helpful. Thank you, Karmy!

I just switched my auto loan to One AZ with the amazing help of Ella Pritchett. She guided me every step of the way with follow up calls and e-mails. She was always easy to get in touch with and helped me do something that was a tad out of the box because I had been mislead by the car dealership that I had been working with. Even though I asked to have One AZ as my lender, I was not able to because technically I had put down too big of a down payment. That could have easily been remedied, but instead they switched me to their preferred lender which cost more and was very difficult to deal with. So happy I had Ella fighting for me to get me the loan I wanted in the first place!

Paul M. and his supervisor were very helpful with our recent transaction with OneAZ Credit Union. We purchased a privately owned vehicle. The seller was leaving town for five months which caused some challenges. Paul and his supervisor worked hard to make the purchase happen for us. Thank you so much!
