I was in the market for a new vehicle and I knew I would be financing it. I shopped around and ended up choosing OneAZ Credit Union because of their low interest rate. My account was assigned to Ella Pritchett,a virtual banker for the Credit Union. The process ended up taking longer than anticipated on my end and my lock expired. Ella stayed the course and was able to save my lock rate and get me financed. I really appreciated her going the extra mile making the entire experience seamless for me. Thank you Ella!

I worked with Paul, he assisted with my auto loan process. There was some miscommunication between the dealer and the credit Union. I called Paul and he was able to fix my issue right. Thank you Paul keep up the good work.
