I came to OneAZ 2 months ago from Chase because I heard such good things about them and they are local. Amazon claimed they never received a PC I returned and refused a $480 refund. I went to OneAZ's dispute department with overwhelming proof that Amazon was in the wrong. I was denied by OneAZ. They did not have my back but took the side of a retailor that ripped me off. Now, Amazon keeps my computer and the money. I'm leaving this bank. Not Recommended! Additionally, they have AWFUL Customer Service. Good luck getting ahold of customer service. You will constantly be on hold.

I recieved 4 zelle transactions in total over $1000.00. The payments failed due to bank outage. I lost all that money because, although they can see the transactions and the failure was because of them, they cannot do anything about it. This is the second time i have lost money. I will be closing my account today. Update: I called customer Service at the number they provided in the response. The second time by the way, to see if they had a different resolution. They told me to contact the people that sent the zelle transactions and have them resend it. The payments were for a service I provided and I do not have their zelle information to request payment. None of the people have responded to phone calls or text. I should not have to try to chase money that was already paid and look unprofessional or like a shady fly by night operation. Oneaz credit union should have to re-imburse me for the money lost because of their negligence. I may seeklegal advice today because this has put my rent and bills behind.

I'd never had a problem with this bank until a few days ago. To cut a very long story short I opened up a bill pay for a new credit card to pay. This Bank decides to send two paper checks instead of doing an electronic payment. These two checks are still in limbo right now because the address that they went to does not exist. I just simply put in an address for Capital One not realizing they were going to send checks to it. Labor Day being a holiday I decided to call them today I was on hold for 17 minutes and I will not give my phone number to call back because this bank is known at least with me for the last four times of not calling back. As I leave this review I have left messages on five different bank manager voicemails and not one has ever called me back. I am not impressed in the slightest to be honest with you it's about time to try another bank or credit union. UPDATE: You expect me to call you on a number that hung up on me after 17 minutes.

Account went inactive. They charged "inactivity fees" before closing it with a negative balance of 87 cents and later reported me to ChexSystems for "account abuse". Do not recommend.

This bank has to be one of the most unprofessional and deceptive one yet. I signed up for account during the promotional 350$ period. I followed the requirements and waited the 15 days to be told rudely by their customer service that im out of luck since the code* didnt attach to my application? There was no assistance or any solution. Why would I trust my money with a bank that is not willing to make it right with a customer. I will waiting for some of my deposits to go through before closing my account. I will be referring family and friends to other banks that keep the customer in mind first.

Fly by night second rate bank with uneducated, no knowledge, and lazy people. Opened an account over 2 weeks ago but have not recieved card. Asked member staff a yes or no question over 10 times regarding whether they had tracking info and whereabouts of card. Customer service member never did answer a simple YES OR NO QUESTION AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING. GAVE EVERY RESPONSE BUT WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Customers should not be treated this way. I WILL CLOSE ALL of my accounts this week only after having them 2 weeks due to not getting any help or responses from this so called ghetto bank. I suggest they fire everyone and close their doors if they can't do better than this. When you hire staff that is more interested in looking at Facebook than providing customer service it results in reviews that reveal your true performance and character

Overall bad experience I’ve been trying to get my account back open and still haven’t gotten any help. got closed due to address not updated even though I am me and have been in a run around since almost a full day and still no answers highly recommend people go somewhere else

At 2pm I went to the Foothills branch to open an account. It required an account specialist, I was asked to sit in lobby " area". After a bit a woman greets me,BUT WAIT she actually greets the woman from the donut corral ,who's bringing her food! I'm sitting for a bit as the woman with the food talks to the donut woman and a guy I can't see about "food & loosing weight ". The donut lady leaves, & the two " employees " continue their conversation! I figured if they're talking they can't eat, and I'm not going to resive service until they finish eating! It's 2pm and I've other things to "attempt to accomplish "! So I leave! My recommendation Ssss, would be go before " feeding/social " time and bring food! If you want attention! Silly me I only had brought MONEY $$$! Just received "another email" from OneAz " takes only 5min to open account, just go to your local branch "(?)🤣🤦
