Fraud and card services are A+. I was notified immediately of unusual activity on my card, saving me a lot of headaches and money. John W. Smith III with card services was particularly helpful in providing information on replacing the card. He also informed me of savings account options that I wasn't aware of. Very professional and helpful!

AzCU is the friendliest, and kindest bank I will ever use. It remains on a level only to be found with the most experienced institutions. My bank continues to provide me with excellent service. Applying online for a Home Equity Line Of Credit was needlessly frustrating and after more than a month of patchy communication I was forced to give up. As a member with over $400K in equity in my home and a credit score in the 800s I expected better results. If I'd been better advised and experienced more responsive communication I have no doubt I would have obtained the funding I needed. The most frustrating part during the whole process was being sent financing offers from OneAZ telling me I was pre approved every other day.

Wendy was awesome! She not only helped me get my account ready to be set up but also went out of her way to help me with my credit and give me actual insight on how to make it better! I hvent had service like this with a credit union ever. I am glad to be banking with oneAZ and having Wendy on my team.

I spoke to Karen Sperduti. I needed to ask some information fast because I was at my tax preparers office. I tried to look for it first in the app. It wasn’t easy for me to find. I didn’t find it. So I thought I will try the chat feature. I was afraid I would get told that they couldn’t give me such information and send me back to find it. Ive had a traumatic brain injury so I don’t think very fast and people usually aren’t patient with me. I’ve had that experience at other banks and chats for other companies. But I asked and she gave it to me fast because the tax preparer was waiting and I asked where to find it in the One Az app. She was very patient with me staying in the chat until I read what she told me. She directed me. 😊 Thank you. Actually this was the easiest most efficient chat I’ve ever had ever.

I have never had a problem with customer service, their app or their leadership. That’s why I’m staying with them until I die, and I sure hope it won’t be until I turn 100. Only 32 more years to go!
