The credit and the representative , Charlene Jurado, provided great service. The interest rate on my auto loan was very competitive, and they were able to issue the paperwork and check in a very efficient manner. The loan was approved almost immediately. as well. So they are using the latest technology and the locations of their offices are very convenient

I bought a car in 2023 and OneAZ credit Union had the best rate but it was high. I decided to call and see if It was less and what refinancing would cost. I spoke with a loan officer Lindsay Herriott. She was so helpful and explained would have no fees involved since I was already a customer with them for 3 years. The application and closing process was very easy. She walked me through each step and it was seamlessly executed. Thanks Lindsay and OneAZ!
