Poor Customer Service and Rude Teller.
The teller at Union Hills OneAZ CU, is extremely rude when dealing with customers. Making comments on the customer's private business outloud and asking you to say your social security outloud in the bank where others can hear it. I would not recommend this credit union or this location. Currently, I am thinking about closing all my accounts due to ongoing issues at this location with this teller.

Great help using online chat and email.
I was closing my account because I have moved out of state and needed to do it online. There was some confusion on my part during the transaction, but Michelle was extremely helpful and very nice.

Great customer support!
I was having trouble logging on to the website. I called the assistance line and finally after listening to an automated messages I was connected to John. John was so pleasant and patient walking me through until I was able to complete my transaction. Thank you John

I'd like to recognize Ella Pritchett…
I'd like to recognize Ella Pritchett for her excellent customer service in helping me finance a new car purchase. The model I was looking for is very hard to find (and especially hard to find at a good price) so I had to buy one from a dealer in Connecticut. I was expecting there to be a lot of complications because of that, but the process went very smoothly. Definitely contact Ella and OneAZ CU if you're looking to finance a car purchase, especially if it is more complicated than the traditional "buy from a local dealer" transaction.

Melissa Graeve needs a promotion!!
Melissa Graeve has definitely set the bar high for other OneAZ reps. She took ownership of my interaction and provided me with the best financial advice!
