I called to get an auto loan and had the pleasure of speaking with Paul M in virtual banking. This is the first time I have gotten a loan from a credit union so I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Paul explained everything, answered my plethora of questions and was both patient and knowledgeable. Got a slight confused when attempting to update profile information on my online profile. Was disappointed I had to call a member associate but Melissa Graeve was so awesome and instructive and patient. She helped me get my profile totally updated and made me feel good about OneAZ member services. Was able to get profile updated and feel good at the same time thanks to her!!

Brutally painful to work with. Always very friendly, but NOTHING is easy or straightforward: impossibly long phone hold times (no, I do not need to know the banks routing number....again...), only to be redirected yet again; after which, I often still cannot get my issue resolved. I have a small business, and they are unable to link my business and personal banking information in such a way that I can access all of my information in one place. When they updated their website, I had to literally delete my accounts and re-set them (all); it took well over three hours. It took four phone calls and 75 minutes to change the card for my Google Pay. I keep having to ask myself whether it is worth the hassle, just to support a local credit union (anyone other than Wells Fargo where, sadly, everything was always very simple)

Very friendly people in branch, but the policies and software of this bank make doing business near impossible. I cannot speak to a personal acct. My business partner and I purchased a business, and opened a OneAZ acct. They will not allow both of us access... only one "control" person. But we are never in same place, and trade off with who is physically here. Simply logging in online requires them sending a passcode to a PERSONAL email (won't send it to the business), so the other person must coordinate with the one who's email they send, and do so in near realtime b/c you only get 5 minutes. They randomly lock us out of the acct, but only the control person can talk to them to unlock it. We both travel. Then, their software will not talk with "Plaid"... the major platform nearly all accounting software uses to link bank accounts. So that means manual data entry of all transactions, using a bank statement! I feel like I am in a worse version of 1970, but with the added difficulty of technology that is more of a blockade than any kind of help. I cannot speak to personal accts, but this is NOT a bank to use for a business.
