OneAZ Credit UnionReviews of oneazcu.com

Michelle Watson gave amazing customer service over the phone. She helped me set up the online banking app and gave other helpful tips. She was warm, kind, and friendly. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

I spoke to a very delightful lady named Michele Watson from One Az in customer care. She was very helpful and directed me in the right direction. She even made an appointment with a banker Cathy at my local branch to transfer my savings to a propel account.

Applied for a loan. Zack Rafidi was the virtual banker, he called me after a minute after applying, verified all the information, ask for some documents and after 20 minutes i got approved. Best service i have ever experienced. Quick, easy, friendly. Thank You Zach, Thank You OneAZ Credit union. After this experience i will transfer all my money to their credit union. Thank You

I recently worked with Marilyn R on a loan. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. The process was very quick and easy. Happy to be a member of this CU.

I started a ONE AZ CU account a few years ago and I will say the reason I am such a loyal member and reccomend this CU to others is because of Wendy Helmes. She has helped me with so many financial decisions and she has never been wrong. Always quick to meet with me with a hug and a smile. Always professional, supportive, wealth of knowledge, and is an absolutely amazing human. People don't trust banks but we do trust people! Wendy is my trust within my financial institution and am so happy that I have chosen to work with ONE AZ! Thank you for being more than a bank and giving us a place for people to work with people.

Marylin was amazing !! She was very efficient. The entire process took less than 48 hours. She answered all of my questions and was pleasant to work with ! Thanks OneAZ !!

Had some issues with getting an account set up and going as we were told. After almost a year with no results I contacted the office and talked to Christina Beltran. In approximately 30 minutes all the issues were resolved. What a remarkable person to have help. Without a doubt, the best customer service I have had in a long time. Genuine care and concerned about the customer. Thank you Christina!!

I had the best experience refinancing my car with Marcia Garcia! The whole process was super quick, easy and dare I say fun?! She is a real gem, thanks!
