I had the pleasure of working with Marcia Garcia and am so lucky that I had her assistance in helping me finance my new vehicle! She was friendly, personable, and professional. Marcia was knowledgeable and answered the many questions with patience and clarity. Marcia made this whole process a breeze and helped ease any stress I had during this process.

I had a question about BillPay so I called my local branch and talked with Kaisha. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. I am a 40+ year member and am always impressed with my credit union.

Every interaction with OneAZ shows how much the CU cares about its members. I needed help out of a bind I had created and Michelle Watson went over and above to help me. She far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this credit union.

I had a very good contact with the bank representative, in the person of Mrs. Morgan Robel, very subjective and concrete. Everything went well and without wasting time. I also want to mention Mr. Mario Mendoza, from the Thunderbird Rd agency, very good and professional. I highly recommend this bank.
