The machine came in super fast. It was packed well with no damage. The driver had a hard time unloading it but he wouldn't give up. He put it where I needed it instead of where I told him to put it. I installed my tube and when I went to make mirror adjustments...it was dead on centered on all three mirrors. Works just as it's supposed to

Great machine. Comes with almost everything you need to get started. Ventilation seems sufficient for cutting at least 1/8" wood, although I would definitely recommend a water chiller in the cooling water if you want to cut continuously. The other upgrade I would make is swapping the flat bed for a honeycomb bed, which would improve cut quality. Works perfectly with lightburn. Although my machine came with a slight damage from shipping, customer support was very helpful and we were able to resolve it quickly. I'd definitely buy from omtech again.

I have absolutely no regrets purchasing my AF 20*24 60 watt laser engraver. The chiller arrived a almost immediately and the laser unit a mere week after the purchase. The unit is well packed and arrived safe and sound. I have upgraded the exhaust system with an Infinity inline fan. I have only just begun to familiarize myself with the machine but I do not regret settling on 60 watts for that is quite capable. The best part of purchasing a reputable brand is the support that exists, be it from the company or from enthused owners on Youtube. I have purchased in the past a CNC machine from an importer in the States. After receiving the machine, I was all on my own. I encountered a host of issues which I invariably had to overcome on my own. OMTech's business model is not structured in such a way. I had ordered a laser alignment tool which was invariably misplaced by the carrier. I was promptly refunded. Deeds speak!
