This company is terrible. I’ve had several omnipods fail on me and when I call customer service to get them replaced, they say I can’t. So I will most likely be running out of omnipods this month, which puts my life at risk.

Omnipod sonfar has been absolute trash and would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a pump. Hardly ever gets the dosage right, even after months of wearing. We input every little snack even if no insulin is dispursed to make sure it learns. The algorithm on this shit pod is horrible, under shoots almost every meal then wants you to correct it 5-10x. The point of this should be to avoid going high and not have to make a big correction if at all needed. All the doctors make changes ti adjust but ultimately the device is just shit, not sure why its even recommended. When its not switching to manual, for no reason, then switches to limited and then you have to change it back to auto makes this device a nightmare. Your better off just injecting the correct dosage and will avoid ketones, highs, lows pretty much everything. Run dont walk away from this device.

Worst experience with a pump ever. Only has 200 Insulin witch between my meals and overnight and does not last the 3 days its supposed to. Falls off easily if showering or if it gets wet. Over all its trash and anyone looking into this garbage should stick with pen injections or look at a different pump.

Used to work great for me until the last year now it’s problem after problem and my pumps constantly fail. i went though 5 pods in one day. my blood sugars were better maintained when i was doing shots myself

I truly wish I I could give less than once star. Had to reset my phone and when I re-installed the app I says something went wrong and a number. I called and the person I spoke with told me he would have to send it to a group above him. And I would. Hear from them in 3 days. Well 3 days rolls around and nothing. I called since they couldn't be bothered to call and their office was closed. So now I will supposedly hear from someone in monday. Not holding my breath.

Constant connection errors, mother was off the device for two days to Omnipod delivery delay and her blood sugar shot through the roof to 549 requiring medical intervention then down to 31 again requiring medical intervention. Customer service was also horrible. Long wait time then the two agents I spoke with were impatient and it was like they were going from a script. They didn’t listen due to that focus. Hector was irritated, condescending and just kept saying how his mother didn’t have any problems with her device and blamed my mother and the nurse for the issues. Medical practitioners in general aren’t trained on these and don’t know how to deal with them which was the case when we had to get medical intervention. They just didn’t understand the device and how it worked. That’s extremely problematic because all the customer service people kept saying was talk to your doctor. Well, if your doctor doesn’t know how to use it then that really doesn’t do you any good. Even just getting set up with a device took over four months because of delays and returned phone calls and other various problems. This company rolled this product out way too soon. It’s created a whole New World of problems and my 90-year-old mother didn’t need anymore issues. Don’t do it. It’s just a train wreck.

Nachlieferung schlecht organisiert.
