The dress and customer service is spot on. If you’re worried that the dress won’t come or that it’s not up to standards, don’t. They really do make great dresses and will make them perfectly to the measurements you give them. Granted, I lost weight before the big day and still needed minor tailoring but it was great. I loved how it looked and received a ton of compliments. For the price and service, totally worth it. I’d also add that they do a great job of double checking the measurements and communicating with you when the dress is done and shipping to you. I had a rush order for the wedding and they still made it and got it to me early :)

I ordered the Millie dress in custom sizing. The dress is beautiful and wonderfully made. However, when I received the dress it did not fit as expected, even with giving custom measurements. I was assured that going this route would have the dress “fit like a glove” and I even did a zoom call with the sales team to make sure I was measuring everything correctly. When I reached out to see what could be done to remedy the situation I was told to wear a bra & take it to a seamstress. So needless to say, I am very disappointed at the process. Just beware that even when ordering custom, there is no guarantee it will fit.

I was a bit hesitant at first because I wouldn't be able to try the dress on, but it was perfect! They're very communicative throughout the process and even send you a video once it's done, before shipping it. I love my dress!

The personal is great always there to support you in the making of the best decisions so you can truly have your dream dress. The dress is super beautiful, exactly like you see it in pictures in high couture. The delivery was on time, even fastest that I thought. I can tell you I was the most beautiful wife I’d seen. I will admit that initially I was apprehensive to order from the site because I'd never heard of the company before and I was so scared it'd be a case of "what I got vs what I ordered" (due to the low price)... I am so happy to say that what I got was even better than what I ordered and here's why: 1. I'm a full figure woman and support for the girls and my belly was important... the dress came with a built in bra, built in shape wear and boning (that was not uncomfortable) andddd the built in underskirt to keep the shape of the gown! 2. They included an extra material for the back of the dress in case I gained weight prior to wedding day and needed to use it! 3. They packaged it inside out and double layered to ensure damage did not come near its dwelling! 4. The material is quality and although the dress was heavy it was securely stitched from end to end! I wanted to feel like a princess bride and that's exactly what I felt like in this dress! I'll tell everyone about this company!!! If you're reading this.. stop second guessing and get yours!! I will add that the advertised shipping time is for standard sizing.. I sent them my measurements and had to wait several weeks before receiving my dress. The dress does not come with a garment bag and the large one from David's Bridal will not hold it.. you will need to have a custom one made or use plastic for transporting to your venue to avoid wrinkles.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. And I mean everything! Communication, fit, quality, wow-factor. I would never ever hesitate to purchase from Olivia Bottega and although a wedding dress will not be in our future any time soon, should we need a special occasion dress they will be the first we turn to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
